Does Anyone Still Care About the Word of God?

I often find myself obsessing over the content I create — not out of vanity, but because I love writing, and I love the Word of God. I pour my heart, energy, and focus into every post I share. The Holy Spirit inspires each message, yet I’ve noticed something disheartening: there’s a lack of genuine engagement.

It’s not that my work is hidden or buried by the algorithm — my content gets seen. But the lack of interest in the Word of God itself breaks my heart.

It seems so easy to “like” something that momentarily resonates, yet never let it call the flesh to action. How have we become so dulled — content to consume the Word as a pleasant thought instead of allowing it to pierce our hearts and transform our lives?

This is our strength.
Our daily bread.
Our sword in battle.
Our equipment for enduring this world.

And yet… so few seem truly interested.

The Shallowness of Modern Faith

Our Lord loves us so deeply that He’s given us divine wisdom and knowledge to navigate this dark world. But He also calls us to a life of repentance and obedience.

How can we live according to His Word if we only take it at a glance?
How can we claim to follow Him if our engagement with His truth ends after a Sunday service — which, by the way, isn’t even the biblical Sabbath.

Many treat church as a social outlet, something to check off or to feel a sense of belonging. But what about those who are alone with God — those who spend their time buried in His Word rather than the world’s noise?

The walk of a true believer is often lonely, not because of poor social skills, but because they’ve set themselves apart. They don’t seek validation from the world or applause from others. Their reward isn’t found in attention — it’s found in obedience.

The Real Problem

Many Christians today are content to consume content about God without actually engaging with His Word. They scroll, like, and move on — mistaking exposure for intimacy.

The Danger

This creates a shallow faith — one filled with head knowledge but empty of heart transformation. A faith that knows the verses but doesn’t live them.

The Solution

It’s time to move from passive inspiration to active engagement.

So before you scroll past a post and tap a quick 👍 because the message “was good,” pause and reflect. Ask:

“Lord, how can I apply this to my life today?”

Always remember — this world is temporary, but the Kingdom of God is forever.

Choose wisely. Serve the right Master.
Jesus did not die for us to produce passive approval — He died to bring forth living transformation.

Christ Consciousness: A Lie from Satan

In today’s world, you’ll hear more and more about “Christ Consciousness.” It’s a new age buzzword, a make-believe concept with no biblical foundation and no spiritual reality.

It sounds holy, it sounds deep, it even borrows the name of Christ — but don’t be deceived. It is nothing more than another farce from Satan to draw people away from the true Jesus and into rebellion against God.

What Is “Christ Consciousness”?

New Agers claim that “Christ Consciousness” is a higher state of awareness that anyone can achieve. They teach that Jesus was not God in the flesh, but merely a role model for human potential — someone who “activated” his divine nature and showed us how we can do the same.

In their view, Jesus is reduced to a symbol of “love and light,” who accepts everything and everyone with no judgment, no repentance, and no cross. This is not the Jesus of Scripture — this is idolatry.

“For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.”
— Matthew 24:5 (KJV)

Pride in Disguise

The push to “achieve Christ Consciousness” is nothing more than man exalting himself instead of giving glory to God. It’s the same lie Satan whispered in the garden: “Ye shall be as gods.” (Genesis 3:5, KJV)

To claim you can become “Christ-like” without surrendering to the real Christ is pride, arrogance, and witchcraft. It is a counterfeit spirituality that elevates self above the Creator.

“Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.”
— Romans 1:21 (KJV)

Mysticism and Witchcraft

Make no mistake — this is pure mysticism dressed up as enlightenment. It is witchcraft in disguise. It invites people to seek hidden knowledge, secret power, and inner divinity apart from God. Yet Scripture is clear:

“For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.”
— 1 Samuel 15:23 (KJV)

Rebellion against God, no matter how spiritual it looks, is still rebellion.

The True Christ, Not a Counterfeit

The real Jesus Christ is not a “state of consciousness.” He is not just an enlightened man, or a mystical symbol of divine potential. He is the Son of God, God in the flesh, crucified and risen for our salvation.

“And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh…”
— 1 Timothy 3:16 (KJV)

The truth is not found in looking inward for divinity. The truth is found in bowing the knee to Jesus Christ, repenting of sin, and receiving His Spirit.

Anything less is a counterfeit that will lead only to pride, deception, and eternal loss.

Final Warning

Christ Consciousness is not light — it is darkness dressed as light. It is not freedom — it is bondage to Satan’s oldest lie.

True freedom is only in Christ Himself:

“If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”
— John 8:36 (KJV)

Choose the true Christ, not the counterfeit.
